Km 11 and Km 12 are two popular surf spots in Taghazout, Morocco. Km 11 is known for its long, peeling right-handers that can hold up to double overhead swells, while Km 12 offers both left and right-hand waves that break over a rocky bottom. These spots can get crowded, especially during peak surf season, but they offer great waves for surfers of all levels. Other nearby surf spots include Anchor Point, Boilers, and Tamri, which are also popular among surfers.
Kms is a reef break that breaks as an A-frame with a perfect left and right. It has an entire reef bottom, but deep enough and slow waves to be a good spot for intermediate surfers. Km 12 can hold a decent size swell and is more consistent than km 11. It’s a good spot for starting to work on your first cuties on the left. The right-hander really has more walls and is not as easy as the left.
